Did you guys increase the XP needed to level up classes? I'm trying to get all my guys to 25 but now i see that the XP needed to get to level 23 is higher than it was before the update. Any reason why you guys increased it? Was it just to add more length to the game?

I notice the increase as well. Before hitting level 25 I see I have a max of 30k something of XP. Now it's over 40k

Tripwire actually made leveling from 1-10 shorter but added the XP to 11-25. It really is obvious that you level a whole lot faster from 1-10. Overall the time to level up isn't bigger, at least not to the extend you believe.
