Stream Workshop Workshop file directory tree (and localisation files)

What is the recommended or required directory tree structure for a workshop project? I have seen some very basic examples, but only catering to maps, not mods. Just so you don't bother linking this to me, I have read this guide: https://tripwireinteractive.atlassian.net/wiki/display/KF2SW/Steam+Workshop+Upload+Tool.
I know that it tells you to some extent, but it doesn't really explain it thoroughly.

If I want localisation files to be added to my workshop file, what is required? Where should the localisation files be located, and do I need to do something special in the Workshop Uploader Tool? I know that a localisation file is included in the example in the link, however, I don't know if that's where it's meant to go for mods as well.

Finally, will a client download the localisation files from the server when they connect to it? I've seen lots of posts asking this before the workshop was implemented for KF2, and the answers were always something like: "hopefully this will be addressed when the workshop is implemented", but I haven't seen an answer to it since then.

Any information would be greatly appreciated. This is my first time uploading a mod to the workshop.

As a heads up you can use the Tags field by doing any of the following:

$Tags "Maps,Mutators,Gamemodes,Weapons"

That would include all the current tags for Maps and Mods. Separate the tags by a single space.

I tried to make an item with command line upload, following the structure or the item as described to put my .fra localization files, but the item download empty folder from workshop after I subscribe (and anyway it will not put localization files in good folder, it downloads workshop item in the Cache folder, not in My Games\KillingFloor2\KFGame\Localization\FRA so the game can not override the game localization anyway)..

So what is the status of this topic?! I have noticed a workshop item that correctly submitted a localisation file to the correct directory. Anyone know how this is done?
Example:
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1117901956&searchtext=schneid

Already answered this question on the workshop item but to save everybody some time and effort looking for it... I figured this out by trial and error and documented it here under "Advanced uploading". I hope that helps a bit.
