i freshly download the tool but it wont start ... win 10

Then it is not a problem with the SDK editor but a request for help.

Or YouTube search: KF2 SDK tutorial -there are helpful bare-bones tutorials and small installments for each step of the creative process

The SDK is complicated and time consuming. There are thousands of time-saving tips to learn and a thousand more options which, in my opinion can only be understood & really learned through hands-on experience & tinkering. Good luck!
