A legitimate problem with the sound, particularly the FP. He could be within line of sight, charging at me from a distance and I won't hear anything. Once he gets to about 20 meters away I will then hear the grinding of his fists. There is no gradual increase in sound. Its either off, or loud.
This is more of a personal preference of mine. But I don't always play KF2 with the music on. Sometimes I just want to be able to hear the zeds. However, they are extremely quiet and barely make any noises. 10 zeds could be coming my way and all I hear is the soundbytes of maybe 1 or 2 effects at a time. It just doesn't feel as intimidating as it could be. It doesn't sound like a horde of angry zeds.
