Hard survival gametype issues

Hello everyone! I've been having problems installing the game type from Marco, I've done everything from changing the default game types and start batch files and xmapvotes lines of code yet it still doesn't work

I have server extension mod installed and slot machine, the 2 requirements

This isn't a very descriptive request..

However, now that I have installed the same mod, it crashes the server when the wave starts. This mod seems really cool, but I'm lost at this point.
