so commando used to extend zed time by 6 seconds. but now the text reads "zed time refresh." does this mean zed time activates more frequently instead?
Commando has different text for zed time passive. what does it mean?

What it basically means is that you can refresh the zed time timer for each kill the commando performs at a maximum of six times, I think the only thing that has changed is the text, the passive itself I think is still the same as it used to be

What it means is that commando can refresh the zed time timer by X times (X being your passive number)
Zed time lasts 3 seconds, and with each kill that commando makes it resets that timer back to 3 seconds.
