I see 13 hidden...
1 map is 4 achievements. (without endless)
9 remaining...
A perk is 9 achievements. (lvl 5 - 10 - 15 - 20 - 25 -> 5 + each difficulty level -> 4 -> 5 + 4 = 9)
Sooo..... 1 new map and 1 new perk for this summer ?

Ah no, bad math, 1 map is at least 5 achievements (collectibles)
I suppose 2 maps with some special achievements, like the door to open in monster ball
