Please Remove Duplicates from Vault Crates

I enjoy the rewards from the vault crates, but the rate of duplicates is, frankly, very frustrating. For other crates, duplicate protection has been added so that you no longer get the same item more than once until you have cycled through all available items. This was a great change! I was disappointed to read that it does not affect Vault crates.

Please, if anyone else is frustrated with the endless pajamas and facepaints, post in this thread so that the developers hear us loud and clear! It is the only way it will change. Thank you for reading this.

This question was asked in the Reddit AM(A)A. One of our producers replied its not planned. Reasoning behind it is so that we can provide a consistent reliable system for other crates & keys on our back end. We'll pass on the feedback about too many duplicates.

The vault crates do become extremely tiresome after you have the majority of the items. Not just because you don't get many new items per new crate, but the process: all the time waiting for the animations and noise and fanfare to finish between unboxing, recycling, and crafting clicks to turn your many many crates into mostly nothing.

If you could craft a special "lucky" (no-duplicates) vault crate out of seven regular vault crates, that would be a nice improvement. It would make the process go quicker, and it would effectively cap the loss rate at "pretty bad" instead of letting it get worse and worse, more and more disappointing, forever.
