Is there a possibility that Precious weapon skins will get a visual improvement?

I recently purchased a couple of Precious weapon skins for a few weapons I liked, but was disappointed with the texturing and colors. There seems to be some variance between Precious weapon skins in terms of quality. Take the older Precious AR-15 for example. Precious weapon skins should look more like this (In my opinion):

Notice how nice the coloring looks, how well it shines and how pieces of the weapon are colored black and give the rifle some accents. Now compare that to a weapon like the current Precious Caulk-and-Burn:

At the moment, this is how most Precious skins look. They're a nasty dark yellow with no accent coloring to speak of. They're just a solid yellow color lacking decent reflective properties.

I don't mean to be picky or complain, I'm just curious if it's on Tripwire's to-do list to eventually give Precious skins some improvements.

They're supposed to be the highest quality weapon cosmetics, yet they feel pretty plain or downright ugly. After all this is just my personal opinion, but I would be more than willing to keep hold of the skins I bought in my collection if there are plans to update them.

If their current state is their intended appearance for all precious skins, then that is perfectly fine as well! If that is the case I would like to know so I could just sell them now instead of keeping a hold of them. Thank you for reading!

The Golden Prescious skins never did anything for me in the first place. Not to mention that most of them look God awful.

If the skin actually had a nice golden gleam to it and was breathtakingly beautiful, that would be one thing. Right now they mostly look like yellow painted rubbish.

Oh wow, the Caulk n Burn really does look awful.

I myself got a Precious Samurai Helmet which looks really awesome, nice colour, details and reflections. Plus it has some depth to it. CnB is just flat yellow colour.

I agree, someone should take a closer look at that.

I agree 100 %, plus weapon sights are very inconsistent with precious skins. All of the precious skins besides medic guns and the Kriss smg have default texture sights (very ugly).. Why is that the case when mp7,ak12 etc have same sight model as the Kriss? They should be gold or silver. Not default.

Yes. There seems to be a random degree of quality between precious skins. Take the recent Precious Spitfires added to the market recently. Just god-awful looking.

So far iv unboxed a medic smg and medic ar both precious and after the compulsory 2 weeks of keeping them I sold them.Nearly 200 pound for the ar and 50 for the smg.There are better skins for hell ova lot cheaper and as stated they look horrible in gold in first person.they look better in third person but that isn't much help to you.

Yeah I noticed that as well. The 3rd person models seem to look fairly nice compared to the first person view models.

Wow, havent really tried many skins yet because its all so expensive, but that Chaulk n Burn skin does look pretty lame. In fact it kinda looks like something I could do with no experience

Wow, good thing you posted the pictures. I've been thinking about buying a precious skin, but now I won't. The AR-15 looks cool as hell but that flamer looks horrible.

you're right, i didnt even pay attention to the trader radar being red instead of blue.

So does it look the same after updates? Because it bit difficult to compare on 2 different maps with different lighting.
