Wasn't the original explanation that they did it to themselves because they're huge Clive Barker fans or something? The Gorefasts came with jaws too but all the clones had a TMJ defect that couldn't be engineered out. But yes, I miss the rings. I'd be fine with a huge bullring in their noses as a compromise.

Here i made some Nipple rings lol, not sure how to make the mutator to allow them. If i knoew how to add them fully to the game i would do a way better job but for now it is funny
