Cheaper SWAT ammo and deeper pockets please

Due to the nature of the SWAT weapons, ammo reserves are down extremely fast and ammo costs too much for its consumption rate. it's very hard to keep a positive Dosh count at the end of the waves

With all due respect, are you;
- spraying at everything?
- using your good weapons over knife/pistol in early waves?
- trading out weapons before you need to?
- doing all the above?

Also what difficulty and number of players?

Even if, Swat is difficult to maintain perk alongside support... And to his nature he has to hose down bullets to kill a lot of zeds and use his skills effectively.
Its not a precision perk like commando is, swat needs financial help.

From my over 2 years with KF2 I tend to use my pistol on trash, MP on Gorefiends/Bloats and stick with it until I can afford something better.

If someone is struggling they are usually [BUT not always] wasting ammo/dosh - I'm willing to give the guy the benefit of the doubt but I've a feeling one of those questions I posed will get a Yes response.

Maybe you're not playing SWAT right. I mean, for the first few waves I use and abuse my 9mm A LOT with the appropriate skills as a valuable backup to my main weapon (which, as you say, drains out of ammo very fast).

But at wave 5-6, I usually have enough to hold two SMGs at once. It may cost a bunch in extra ammo, but I very rarely run dry, if ever.

Does anyone even factor it in?

s5yn3t Sure, on Endless, upgrades are almost pointless elsewhere.
