Option to disable event Zeds

I think it's time to implement an option to choose between the default Zeds and the event ones. I recently got a friend to buy the game on sale but he was immediately put off by the weird clown theme and the absolutley unbearable siren scream. As of now, the only way I can find to do it disables xp

Pretty much...Either that or make them unique to themed maps.

It's perfectly fine to see christmas zeds in Santa Workshop or Krampus Lair. But in the middle of Paris? Meh...

+1 make it a client option to disable event zeds during events, or if it is not possible because of modified zeds collision/hit boxes, at least make it a server option like on Killing Floor 1. After some time I too can't bear the event zeds anymore.

Toggling event zeds, whether on the client level or at least the server level would be nice. On the other end of the coin, it would also be nice to optionally have thematically appropriate event zeds at any time when playing their appropriate event-related maps. Halloween zeds on Halloween maps, etc.

I obviously don't want them to disappear completely. People designed and implemented said skins within the game. They worked to make the events worthwhile. That's something I truly respect. However, I can't help but find them a bit redundant after a few years...
