The level 10, 15, and 20 left side medic perks all say they give bonuses from healing darts only. But that isn't true. Move speed, damage, and damage resist can be given through ALL methods of healing and can be given to yourself through conventional means and the symbiosis perk too. A lot of people don't know this and severely underestimate the power of those perks because of the inaccurate description. Something like, whenever anyone is healed they are given X bonus.
There are other perks too. Like i know the one sharpshooter perk gives a bonus to using iron sights. But iron sights is kf2 way of saying aiming down sights, and will work on guns that have optics.
