RS BAR sights are wrong, but only needs a slight adjustment.

First thing I noticed is that when using the ladder sights on the BAR is that the top of the front sight post is not in the center of the rear "peep". It seems to think it is a "v" notch sight and rest at the bottom. i think this would probably take a couple minutes to fix in a future patch.
