Unattended is an editor switch that keeps it from making any interactive output while processing a command. I don't think the server module has anything it would disable.
Noinnerexception would theoretically make the game try to ignore a certain type of error and keep going, but that sounds like asking for trouble, to me. You'd be better off just crashing and restarting most of the time.
