What The Community Is Up To - Vehicles
Since the release of Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad the community is waiting for new vehicles. We know that everyone expected new vehicles provided by Tripewire Interactive. And we also know that the information about the vehicles in the latest "What we are up to" post was annoying for some of you. But in the latest "WWAUT" post you also could read "Speaking of additional content, I'd like to take this time to highlight the works of Coin-goD who is working to bring anti-tank guns to the game and Blitzk.-Bob who is has a team working on new vehicles." And our short answer is...yes! We are still working on it, we're still want to get this game better and yes, we still want more content too! This is the post many people from the Red Orchestra 2 Community were asking me for. Nearly every day, I receive emails or forum posts from people asking me for the progress or at least for a information post about it. We were thinking about this for a long time and our first decision was, not telling the community what we are up to, so if there is something we can't do but promised it's sad for both, the community and the devs. We can't promise you anything, but provide you with some informations and media. Our goals are of course Vehicles for the basic game and the coming Mods.
We're currently working on them, and it looks good so far ![]() |

Any ball park figures on when we are likley to see any of these vechiles ?
Or can you say how far % wise you are in the developement cycle ? we know or we all should know that dates can change so if we get a reply please remember These guys are not carving this date in stone it's a guess or estimate. |

I think alot of people would agree that we don't need fully modeled and animated interior in the first place but some new vehicles

Hopefully the ability to exit/enter vehicles come about with this project at some point.

Good luck to you guys, take your time and don't fold under pressure. The community will enjoy it when the project is initially done.

We can't give you any information about how far we are, because there are no limits in what we would like to create!
![]() But most of our guys working on this project every day, and please bear in mind that we are just a Mod Team we get not paid for this and need our spare time for this. Most of us have kids, a angry wife in the neck and a job. ![]() Quote:

wasn't a dig Bob sorry if it came over that way, mearly curious as to where you'd got with this, I think it great you guys have taken up the chalange
I asked in another post as TWI where supposed to be some way along on these wether they'd given you what they done to give you lot a head start so to speak |

Any word on what the vehicles you are working on are, or do you not wan't to speak of this yet? Also, if you are not working on transports, but say you are working on getting in/out, might it be made possible ride tanks for the time being?
