How do you kill a 6 man HoE fleshpound with the m14 EBR? I see people do really quick kills with it, and I've always wondered how.

Basically you "just" have to hit his head 10 times with the M14 to kill the fp. The solution thereby is to do it very fast and every shot has to hit the head in order not to receive any damage.
@C_Gibby, one shot with the LAR rages the fp instantly, then switching to M14 consumes to much time, so I highly recommend to only use the M14 against fps at close distance, as one HS does not rage the fp, so you can also use the M14 from distance by considering the "TwoSecondDamage". At close distance just finish him off then.

I shoot the m14 to the head of the fp but it doesn't kill it. I used a full clip on it, and it still didn't die. Is there a trick behind this?

Because you have to get use to the hit boxes. 10 head shot kills it. (if you are level 6 ss of cos).

Aim for the mouth (TWSS) 
As it rages, the hitbox falls into the chest/neck area. Takes mucho practice.
I can do it in testmap, but in real games, lag screws me over

In addition to what others say, try as much as you can to slow your shooting down. It's much better to get 1 HS than 3 bodyshots and OK to be hit while you're practicing it. In addition, try dividing it up into 3 round bursts mentally to give you time to consciously compensate for weapon recoil and make sure you're still aligned with his head. Oh, and don't use irons
