Stuck on summer sideshow event

I downloaded the update a few days ago at the end of the event and ever since then I can't join multiplayer servers, I can't look at my achievements or stats and my perks do not work on single player. The main page still says summer sideshow and the zeds in solo mode are still skinned accordingly. I have deleted and reinstalled 2 times now. Anyone have any idea what else I can do?
