Default RO2 wont start

Bought the game yesterday, havent been able to start it once.

When i try it does this: and then it disappear 1 sec after and nothing happens.

Verifying the cache does'nt help.

If i try to run the ROgame.exe i get "C:\Windows\system32\D3DCOMPLIER_43.dll is either not designated to run on Windows or it contains an Error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support."

DX and drivers are up-to date. Any ideas?

The error that you receive is caused by an incompatible DirectX component. RO2 is using DirectX 9c. You can manually download it here.

I downloaded this file and got this:

Installation Complete

DirectX setup has determinated that a newer or equivalent version of DirectX has been installed already. No installation is necessary.

And the problem continues, don't know what to do.

Did you try to fix this by running RO2Redist.exe and UE3Redist.exe? Those tools can both be found in the RO2 installation tree (e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\Common\Red Orchestra 2\Binaries\Windows)

yep, done it several times. And im not missing any new drivers or window updates or anything. All other games runs on maximum graphics so it can not be a hardware problem i think.

The error message that you got is from a direct x file. I know that RO2 still uses the 9c release. But the installer should normally install that version for you.

EDIT:
You are using Windows 7. Windows 7 comes out of the box with DX11, DX109 and DX9 installed, but DX9 all 3 did had some updates. The windows updater should handle that. If it doesn't, then you can try installeing the Direct X re-distributional. That one can be downloaded from here.

Gonna try this one, even after the new update, nothing seems to work related ro RO2, I've even redownloaded the game and still nothing.
