Hands, nothing but hands. Hands EVERYWHERE!

So, I was playing on solo, and for two games of playing Berserker in Ganja Farm Endless, whenever I would 'amputate' a limb off a Clot or a Gorefast, regardless of what limb it was, a severed human arm with a green sleeve would appear. Whut? Is this only happening to me?
