I have my server set up and running and I have been trying for the past few hours to get into WebAdmin but my password absolutely will not work. I do have WebAdmin enabled in the ROWeb file. I've tried so many different combinations of the password and I've tried the default passwords (and username) that were mentioned in the sticky. I've also deleted the line in the .bat file for the server as mentioned in a previous forum post. None of this is working. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? I am a newb at all of this so please be kind (And patient)!

Having a similar problem as well as any changes made in ROGame.ini are back to default on a server restart

Try either: Username: admin PW: admin
or Admin Admin

See if that gets you in. Otherwise, if you rent from a GSP, they could've set up something other than the default password.

I did notice that when trying to set up multi-admin, I could not log in. I had to copy and past the password that was in zetsumei's post about multi-admin.

One thing to be aware of, if you have an ?adminpassword=passhere argument in your server launch batch file it will mess with the password set in rogame.ini. Remove that argument from your launch batch file to fix it.

I have tried both this and what Yoshiro suggested. Still no luck. =/

I changed some of the server settings in the ROgame.ini file. Do they need to be default for Web Admin to work by any chance? I know it's a weird and/or dumb question but I am just trying to figure out WHY it absolutely won't accept any password.

Even if you don't plan on using multiple admins. You can still use this.

Also, like Yoshiro says, be sure you don't have that argument in your command line. If you have to, ask your ISP what the comman line is that starts your server.

I found zetsumei's post (Wish I had come back a few minutes after posting the update to this so I would have seen your link!) and did as suggested and I am FINALLY in! Thank you all so much for all your help!
