Default Is there a way to reset the level of just one perk?

I seen that you could reset them all by messing with the INI file or whatever, and ill admit that i seriously contemplated doing it but thankfully i decided not to cause that's just way 2 much work to level them again, BUT being able to reset one perk would be nice so i can have someone to level with when i play with lower level friends and still have my bread and butter level 6 perk whenever i decide to go own some zeds on HOE maps.

Is there any way you can reset just one?
