Default Australian version cut ?

Got the game yesterday and decided I'd get the digital deluxe upgrade as well. When I threw a grenade at a group of enemies it killed them but there was no dismemberment, they just flew a few feet away from where the grenade exploded even though it's set to Full Gore in the options menu.

When I looked at the DefaultGame.ini the GoreLevel= was set to 0. Apparently that meant it was censored/cut version ? I only found one topic in English about it which said that being it being 0 is probably why there's no gore.

My question is, did I get a cut version when I bought the game and the digital deluxe upgrade or did Tripwire lie when they said it's uncensored ? Seems odd considering Australia was meant to get the game uncut like the rest of the world.

Our version is uncut. Mine says GoreLevel=0, but I see full gore and that is selected in the menu.
