I and others have had just a heck of a time accessing my server at times.
Usually, I can access ok after a fresh server start.
I'm not sure, but I get the sense that when the last human player abruptly leaves the server, the currently running game gets in a prolonged state of
confusion. Since I specify maxplayers=24 and minplayers=24 for bots,
I'm wondering if when that last player leaves, he is replaced by a bot.
This may be creating a situation where there appears to be 24 players present, and hence would not allow another human player to access.
Perhaps I should lower the start min to 22?
I'm baffled.
