[Error] Lighting needs to be rebuilt

Summary- I was playing the beta late last night, and yet again encountered this bug that has been around for as long as I can remember. It happens on Red October Factory when destroying a specific train car.

Reproducibility - 100%
Description -
1. Play as Engineer
2. Make your way to objective F
3. Place a satchel directly inside the car that is labelled as objective F
4. Wait for it to explode and receive the dreaded "LIGHTING NEEDS TO BE REBUILT" message that stays at the top left of your screen until a map change.

This occurred for other players playing as well, I was in server with Moskeeto when he blew the train car and witnessed it too.
