In countdown, when playing commander if you die, the game will make you "jump in" to a living bot to finish the match.
This breaks the map display as non-commanders use a different map hud: rogame 2012-03-28 countdown bots bug.avi - YouTube I believe 3 things will fix this: 1. TW disabling "take control of bot on death" for the Commander player. 2. TW also not allowing dead players to "take control on death" of a bot Commander. 3. TW programming bot commanders to use the squads reenforcement waves. An algorithm could be used to make the bot commander call in reenforcements: a. If more players are dead and waiting b. If the round is closer to ending. |
