Map Grain Elevator, DP-28 in German loadout

Reproducibility - a solid 100%, 101% even.
Description - On lower player counts (I guess with the <32 players settings), the German MGer gets a DP-28 on spawn, by default (regardless of the mode played). I had long thought it to be a balancing feature, but given that this irregularity is absolutely singular, I think it's rather an omission of some sort (as brought to my attention again by Mormegil yesternight; cheers).
MG-34 instead, please.
