FH is good mod overall, has small amount of realism but keeps overall things balanced, perhaps bit too much balanced since Shermans can KO Tigers without any problems

Too bad that FH has overall too "much" stuff, like you see some uncommon eguipment used around often while some very common eguipment or vehicles you see very rarely, which can annoy you easily.

But in common, FH gives you overall small amount of realism with very good overall gameplay. Too bad that some balances are strange, as I mentioned that Sherman can destroy Tiger very easily, same applies for some other tanks.

Uhm, no? You must be talking about the Firefly, that one has nice firepower!

Forgotten Hope is a awesome game, but it's useally very chaotic for me in those 64 player servers, my computer dies becouse of the lag

Agreed that FH has alot of 'stuff' but I really enjoy the variation. And the variety of equipment is different as it applies to the bevy of different maps. For large scale tank battles, I'm finding FH quite hard to beat in the fun and immersive gameplay department even though it's on an older engine and doesn't have ironsights..hope somebody could get that in there somehow. I believe there's a mod for BFV that enabled ironsights.

But anyways, guess FH's got enough of a 'realism factor' in it for me to enjoy it for quite a while yet. Again another mod that you can tell the dev's totallylove what they're doing because of it's great quality and I respect and appreciate that so much..proof is in the puddin'.

Well unless M4 Sherman has 17 pounder cannon with APDS shells, well then I would say it "is" Firefly
That thing packs firepower but normal M4 Sherman can take Tiger very easily down, Konigstiger is bit harder but overall, many weak tanks can KO heavy tanks easily in some points.

Try it yourself, just keep moving and shoot 2-4 shells and Tiger is KO.

Overall I love FH infrantry parts and some "combined-arms"- stuff with light vehicles but I don´t like FH´s tank battles. XWWII comes in action if I want good tank battles

yes i play now FH from time to time, for a change and contrast to RO

still 64 players is a great experience even on that old bf1942 engine.
That mod is maybe too much overloaded up with stuff ,equipment and weapons for my taste - but hey thats what every boy dreams of beside a p...y.

9 Euro for BF1942 and 2,5 gig for FH there you go! Have a nice Weekend

There's a mod for FH called FHE (ForgottenHopeExtendeds) which adds ironsights, animation, some map change surprises (Battle of Stalingrad) and awsome sounds.

If Forgotten Hope 2 doesn't have the crosshair anymore and will feature ironsights...
Then I'd be glad to raise the bar again.
