Default Just throwing this out there as a player...

To server admins: the game already has a working VOIP system.

No need to split the players into those who will go out of their way to keep up on the various voice clients and log into your choice of 3rd party voice client, and those who prefer to just use the in-game VOIP which works fine and is a guarantee that everyone (who doesn't have you muted) on the channel will hear what you are saying.

It's bad for teamwork, it's bad for players, it's bad for the game.

So just a suggestion to server admins, especially clan admins: use the in-game VOIP more, encourage its use by your members and by visitors to your server. Don't encourage use of the 3rd party clients.

Well, when we have players on our server we encourage the use of and use the in game VOIP. However, people will also use 3rd party voip programs like teamspeak and ventrillo as well. Asking people not too is pointless because groups and clans will want to talk amongst themselves and not share everything they say with pubbers. Such is reality. I do understand what you are saying. The in game voip should be utilized as well.
