Cannot Connect to Servers

I cannot bring up any servers on my game. I have a perfectly good internet connection and I recently reinstalled it, and checked for common problem files, and made sure it wasn't being blocked by the firewall. I have absolutly no idea what to do, I want to play and I just bought a new character pack!

Same here. I have tried:
- opening ports
- replacing masterservers.vdf and masterservers2.vdf files
- this: http://forums.tripwireinteractive.com/showpost.php?p=516832&postcount=4
- disabling firewall/av (avira)

I had this problem when I first bought the game but I fixed it by modifying the masterservers.vdf files, now I assembled a new PC and it came back after 1 month of playing.
I have a Thomson 784 router.
