Yes it was part of the fun,but it was also inhibitive in that a lot of the tankers never even tried to get to the cap zones and help the infantry out.
In fact on the original map most tanks just camped behind the walls and never went any further,for somebody like me who likes to attack the caps it is infuriating to see 3-4 tanks from both sides just camping for 3 rounds. and anyway its not Ogledow without the Panther and the IS2.

After today all previous versions are unplayable and no longer supported. Please delete them before joining a game or downloading the files.

DELETE ALL PREVIOUS OGLEDOW FILES BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO CONNECT OR YOU WILL CRASH
this includes Custom/Props_Ogledow as well as Maps/Ogledow files.

If you try to play B9 without having deleted earlier versions you will crash your game. Don't bug me about it. We're moving on

Server admins:

Thanks for hosting Ogledow! Please DELETE all earlier Beta files and replace them with the ones for Beta 7. I do not want previous version running, only B9.

-- go to the Maps folder and delete TE-Ogledow_Bx.roe, and in the Custom folder Props_Ogledow.upk If you need help with this post in forum or ask for help.

Extract the zip file with folder structure, it produces a folder called CookedPC. Drop this into your ROGame folder.

Once you put it in the correct location, run RO2 and at the main menu (not the browsers or anything) open console with tilde key, type

Open TE-Ogledow_B9

(note the hyphen at the start and underline at end)

That will let you play it solo. There are enough roles for at least 32 players, and I think more. To play with bots, open the console and type:

Open TE-Ogledow_B9?minplayers=50

I'll try and get this on the Tripwire redirect tomorrow. I"m stuck out of the office today (thanks to my wonderful car needing some wonderful work). But I can't wait to play it again!

The latest version looks good, and plays pretty well.

One possible sugestion; tone back the fog, ever-so slightly. Tanks occaisonly look like Bushes on the edge of the fog.

Only thing I noticed was a missing texture on the stairs in the ruins on the hill.

lol, That's the last bit of bad BSP lets -- I'm going to replace it with a static mesh.

Just played the map with you Six_Ten and was telling you how if you have bots enabled they get stuck on the Big Boulder inside the Axis spawn. I don't know if this is also a bug but the Squad leaders on the Germans are running around with only a smoke grenade and I don't see them carrying a primary.

Six Ten, you said Ogledow wasn't supposed to have the spawn on SL function, and I remember that the earlier versions didn't, but now it seems like it does. I played on Ogledow an hour ago and I could spawn near my SL anywhere he was, even inside capzones. As you requested, the only screenies I managed to capture before the map was over:

I've just been able to do this too in B13, and at the same place. No idea why it works; there are no PlayerStarts outside of the main spawn areas.
