It`s a real tactial / strategic game. I have had the 2 elder versions.

There's a patch for DH coming soon (once TWI can push it out) that will bring players back. I am sure I will jump on the servers once it's out.

darkest hour? it says right on the video it's from combat mission: normandy. nothing quite like that in dh when i was playing. dh had way better graphics.

I think the FOV was way too low in 5.0. They upped it to 80 for 5.1.

I just wish battlefront takes their lumps and updates the interface to something little bit more intuitive and userfriendly. You shouldn't reject all UI ideas from starcraft only because it's a dumb RTS. There's a very good game engine trying to get out of the kludgy interface.

Or better yet this in 1rst person view ...one of the most underrated RTS's of all time for a game of this type it was hardcore! Myself I found it alot more creative than Company of Hero's not too mention making your own custom missions was a blast.

Imho, the series went down the drain after Soldiers: Heroes of WW2.
But, I'm sure that at least the faithful following of the MoW series would disagree, so let's rather not discuss it...
