Suggestion: Debug button

Aye,

Since some of the bugs seem to be intermittent or manifest infrequently, would it be possible to have a button for taking a debug dump?

Now, if the bug involves a crash, you may have a full dump available which definitely helps.

However, most of the issues seem to be during online play, so we perhaps could benefit from a function to make a screenshot and attach some kind of internal game state dump to help debugging. Dump could include, but not limited to:

- game config settings (audio/video/keybinds/screen resolution)
- display driver version
- OS version
- game internal state (map info, player info, game type)
- server state (server name, pings, server-side settings)

Would be much easier to report bugs, real or perceived, when one could upload a simple one debug dump file, would it not?
