I came across this bug earlier today but I forgot to take a screenshot sadly.
What happened was I picked up a scoped SVT40 from a dead sniper on my team. I saw an enemy so I zoomed in but when I tried to move him to the center, the image in my scope wouldnt move. So I unzoomed and backed up and pointed my scope to another location and I still had the same image stuck in my scope. I was able to fix it by dropping the rifle and picking it up again.
A similar issue that happened right after this bug. I saw an enemy and tried to bring my scope up, but the scope stayed at the bottom of my screen, so I couldnt aim at him, so I got shot. This is probably the same bug that causes iron sight weapons to not be lined up when you aim.
