FPS problems, runs poor

Feels like the game runs very poorly and fps is not stable at all when you move around in a level, shoot, w/e.

even with the tiniest bit of stuttering it becomes unplayable imo

lowering settings doesnt seem to help if at all, even tho it looks worse than ro1 =D

lags like **** from high and above with a fairly low res.
the most I can afford is using medium and it lags a bit on certain maps
never thought UE3 was that laggy..
