[Error] Inability to refresh server list more than once.

I have no problem initially getting the server list to populate, however if I click refresh again it will not bring up any servers until about 2 minutes later and I try again.

It's almost like the server population has a cool down of 2 minutes before you can use it again.

So freaking annoying because when you hit apply to a filter it has to refresh the list but you have to wait or nothing will come up.

+1 Can only refresh server list once.

And how do I know it's finished refreshing? Add a message such as "Refreshing" when the list is still refreshing when its done.

In any case even if I eventually connect to a server it exits with "Connection Timed Out" after clicking either the Axis or Allies button to join the game.
