Default FPS Drops.
I have a High end PC i7 2600K 3.40Ghz and a ATI 6970

And when playing i get 60FPS and when i run around its at 30FPS Constant its dosent go higher or lower!

i have not Vsync but all graphics on Ultra. which is fine since i manage to pull 60FPS but its the wierd drops straight to 30FPS.
