[Error] Unable to see a character weapon while spectating

It happened already 3 or 4 times. I can not be more precise about how to reproduce it. Simply, when I'm in the spawn queue spectating the players who are alive, sometimes there's someone whose weapon is invisible. I do not know if it was a glitch only on my screen or it was visible for everyone. I tried to ask on the chat but no one seemed to want to answer.

If I cycle through the rest of players and I come back to the same player, the weapons was still invisible.

It happened most of the times on CD_FallenHeroes. I don't know if that has anything to do
