Default Begging for help [Crash on startup (?), dumpfiles + img]

Well, crashes on startup. If I try to run the .exe manually, it tells me that I need to have steam running. More details in the file.
Things I tried so far:
-used the ue3redist
-restarted the compute
-nosound
-"reinstalled" clientregistry.blob
-verified integrity of game cache
-windowed
-800x600 in the ini
-directX update (which it did not apply because it was not necessary)
-used the tools in the binaries folder
-updated my chipset drivers
-"repaired" .net Framework
-updated video drivers
-set the privilige level of rogame.exe as "run as administrator"

SPECS:
W7
Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 (@3.16 ghz)
NVidia GeForce GTX 260

Quote:

Address = 0x4b93e3 (filename not found) [in h:\programme\steam\steamapps\common\redorchestra2b eta\binaries\win32\rogame.exe]

Is what i get when I try to copy the problem signature...

I'm no expert but i think that could be related to problem. It even says filename NOT FOUND maybe it searches from the wrong place.

Do you have Service Pack 1 for your Windows 7?

You can check this by pressing Start, right-clicking on Computer and clicking Properties. It should say Service Pack 1 just under the copyright line.

I don't know if this is the problem, but I have a friend with this exact issue and he does not have SP1. Just looking for common ground.

Nope, I don't. I'll ask around in the other thread if they have the same.
