Also, one question, do enemies hear all those little comments you make (seemingly without player input but I could be wrong obviously) when you're reloading, out of sprint etc.?

you guys notice how he has 2 primary weapons? i hope this can be disabled in the server settings. as i dont like that feature.

There is nothing in real life that prevents you from carrying two weapons, so you can do it in RO2. It makes your player encumbered though, and makes him move slower, use stamina faster, etc. It is a tradeoff - mobility or firepower.
