Correct me if I'm wrong(because I'm not french, nor do I speak it), but doesn't it pretty much say that they plan on releasing it sometime next week, and will tell people one day in advance in order to prevent people from staying up all night if there are some last minute problems?

Looks a lot like, how you would write "semi-private beta" in english. I was refering to the beta, and not the full game. But I should have included it more clearly in the OP.

I believe the 22nd will be right.

We already have the first of the press in the Beta, with a “preview” phase for the press scheduled to run over the next couple of weeks or so. After that, we’ll be ready for the final phase of the beta, with the pre-purchasers getting their hands on the game.
