Server VAC Status = Disabled

Hi Guys,

I've been getting to grips with setting up several multihomed KF servers and have everything I need sorted except getting VAC to become Enabled.

I've followed all guides and made sure that my custom "KillingFloor1.ini" contains the relevant "bVACSecured=True" and also have it enabled on the command line using "VACSecured=true".

I've also confirmed that my "KillingFloor1.ini" file is being used by changing the sever name and confirming thiat changed in the client server list.

Does anyone have any ideas / input on why VAC would still show as "disabled" in the KF Client?

Kind Regards,

I would assume no mutators are enabled. Check if there are any, because that could be it obviously. Also, does the VAC not enable when running multiple instances? (the impression I got from multihomed) Try just running one instance and reporting back.

Also, posting a log of the ucc-bin startup could be useful.

Add this to the appropriate server command line if you already havn't.

log=logs/KillingFloor1.log
