I tried to look into it. but I only found how to decrease the time you have to wait to respawn and stuff like that. I tell you when I find something out! good luck!

But i will recommend to install/enable kick vote system or something simular then you can jsut kick the people that is afk or nusence!

I found this "MaxIdleTime=0.00000" believe it do so you can only be idle for so long? that it will automatically be kicked if you wait that much time if you make "bKickLiveIdlers=False" "bKickLiveIdlers=True"

and

TimeTooIdle=60.000000
MaxIdleTime=0.0000
bKickLiveIdlers=False

found this aswell it might help you kick ppl if theres only 2 ppl online
