My friend use Acer Aspire 5251-1513 windows 7, and her Killing Floor will crash as it try to start up.

Make sure you verify the integrity of the game cache - right-click the game in Steam -> properties -> local files -> verify integrity of game cache. If that doesn't find anything then you might want to get her to change the download location through the Steam settings menu -> downloads, as there might be corrupt files on that download server, and then verify the game cache again.

She did verify the game cache, but now she have another start up problem.
Edit: She verify again and it work.
