If you lay down Pipe Bombs as Demolitions and then swap to a different perk, do they still retain their perked damage? On that note, if you (wastefully) buy Pipe Bombs as another perk and then swap to Demolitions, do they get increased damage due to your perk bonuses?

Perk-based damage bonuses are calculated when the target is damaged, so it's based on the perk you're using when it explodes. The perk you're using when you place it affects nothing.
