Sometimes I see those steam logos under how many posts you have, when you click it it says you can add the person as a friend. I was wondering how do you do that? I've already tried via settings where you put in your ID name on steam but it didn't work...Help :confused:

An easy way to get that is to go to your profile page in a browser (not through Steam client) and copy the link on your page for "Add to your friends list". Paste that into the forum. Delete the url but keep the string of numbers at the end, that is your SteamID.

It worked, thanks dude! But what I did was keep clicking refresh at your profile page in the steam client and you'll see your id istead of your name ;)
