The music is public domain, yes. Due to various State laws (yes, they have laws too) there is technically no such thing as public domain sound recordings. Sound recordings were not protected under Federal law until 1972 so until some suit lobbys to extend copyright length (again) the earliest any sound recording will expire is 2067.

OMG!! You remember me of good old KF mod times. That elevator was sooo awesome!! Driving up and down. Relaxing music in the background, mooving time exactly long enought to reload shotgun and you never know if you'll survive, when the doors open!! AH heck those are some good memories.. Im even getting a bit sad :eek:
