Mouse Lag

I played it a couple of months ago when someone sent me the pass. Now I bought the game and i changed the resolution to 1024 x 768, since that's what I use for desktop. It wasn't laggy, but whenever i moved and moved mouse, the mouse movements and buttons would work after about 2 seconds. Although if i stood still mouse worked fine. Someone help?
