Can't move

When I press the movement keys WASD, freezes the game for the length of the press.
The same happens with the jump key.
I attach the dxdiag file for information about my system

no the same problem
ok i have try to rebind the key "W" => "T" and the same problem
But now i have see it freez no matter what key i press.
If i bind the move key´s to my Mouse i can move but this not a good solution

Ok I have found that the behavioral monitoring of G Data Internet security, the problem appears to be caused.
I think you should contact G Data to get The Ball to the White List.

As short solution i can turn off the behavioral monitoring.
