Default Steam Problem
Just now I've just bought RO and guess what? My paypal have been charged, but I've not received RO on my steam account.

I double check my account, yes it says that purchase is successful and paypal have been charged, I check my paypal transaction, it also say the same thing.

But NO RO on my steam!! Do anyone here had the same problem before?

Can someone from TripWire help me contacting Steam, so that I can enjoy RO right now ?
OR maybe you can provide me the Key, " i will give you my prove of purchase. "

ps: Already submit support ticket to steam, but I've to wait 3 days for their reply.

Just for the heck of it, restart Steam and see if it shows up?

hah, I've restart steam for 4 times now. And still dont have. It's weird.

From what I've been reading on the Steam forums they have had some server issues and payment/billing issues last night. Your best bet is to hold on and wait for steam support.

As Yoshiro stated, Steam is having some problems, they are down for maintenance at the moment... So thats your reason why it's not showing up in your list...
